Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Farm Compliance Advisor to join the Frontier team on a temporary, full-time basis for 12 months. This is a fully homebased role but there will be a requirement to attend sites when needed, namely our sites at Sandy, Bedfordshire and Bourne, Lincolnshire.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative, technical and general support to provide farm compliance advice nationally.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the agricultural sector. This role requires a strong customer focus, planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective and supportive customer relationships.

About You
- Experience of working within the agricultural industry
- Experience of working in an advisory role
- Strong, confident telephone manner
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to manage a full workload
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Good time management skills
- Good written communication skills
- High standard of numeracy and literacy
- Able to work co-operatively with others and without supervision
- FACTS qualification – desirable but not essential.
Your Role
As a Trainee Farm Compliance Advisor your role will involve:
- Being responsible for data compilation and data input, collating management plans and other records to assist customers to comply with regulations.
- Booking appointments to undertake farm visits to gather data
- Supporting the MyCompliance team with map work
- Working as part of the team to keep spreadsheets and procedure documentation up to date
- Liaising with the Marketing team when required
- Dealing with soil sampling requests
- Helping to promote MyCompliance presence at demo site days
- Researching into changing requirements when requested and contribution to team knowledge exchange
