The successful individual will join the IT Helpdesk team at our Witham St Hughes site. Reporting to the IT Helpdesk Supervisor, this role provides first level support to over a 1000 users, covering a large number of applications and systems, user administration and escalation of issues within the team. Previously working in a technical troubleshooting environment would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
