We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly structured team at Witham St Hughs to help develop a growing sector in the business. This role provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external users of Digital applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact and representative for Frontier’s Digital applications
  • Take an active role in the user experience, ensuring that newly on-boarded customers receive necessary training and assistance
  • Collate data and usage reports to drive customer re-engagement
  • Provide training, guidance and support to internal commercial staff
  • Create user guides, video tutorials and help content
  • Present and deliver digital updates to farm customers and Regional Agronomy and Farm Trader/Sales teams
  • Contribute towards promoting Frontier’s digital offering to the wider internal departments
  • Work proactively across the department and promote collaboration
  • Identify customer needs through effective searching questions
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to commercial teams
  • To create and maintain user account maintaining data integrity
  • To build effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels

Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment
  • IT technical skills and knowledge is not required for this role
  • Previous background in agriculture is not essential

  • Passionate about providing an excellent standard of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Possess confidence and clear presentation abilities
  • Diagnostic skills to ensure all information is obtained in an efficient manner
  • Ability to react quickly and calmly to widespread issues
  • Able to quickly learn information and a proven ability to record accurate notes and documentation
  • Enthusiastic to learn and research new technologies and systems
  • Ability to understand how customers interact with our systems
  • Ability to effectively organise your own workload and prioritise, whilst managing frequent incoming queries from customers
