Hours per week: 42.5 hours Monday to Friday 7.30 to 4.30

We are looking for applications from candidates who are keen to start their careers in a Facilities Management /property maintenance and renovation.

You will be working alongside qualified and experienced tradespeople and will perform a range of tasks building up your knowledge skills and behaviours to meet your Carpentry & Joinery NVQ Level 3.

College: -

You will also be required to attend College one day a week for the duration of your course and ensure all course works and modules are completed within the required timeframe to achieve your qualification.

- Good level of Maths & English (grade 4 or above)

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship. Upon the successful completion of your apprenticeship you will join the GRAHAM FM team with a Permanent Joinery role.

Working Hours: - Monday to Friday 07.30 to 16.30. Over time and weekends available


As a GRAHAM Apprentice Joiner you will be expected to assist in the delivery of a best in class service to our clients. Your primary role will be working within your competency level while you learn both at college and through the experience you gain within the workplace. You will be supported in this role by Mentors in

the GRAHAM Academy to ensure you are maximising on your learning, for the benefit of your future career at GRAHAM.


Due to the success and expansion of the business we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, dynamic individual who will contribute to the team meeting challenging business targets. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager the candidate will be provided with access to fully trained and committed members of the delivery team while undertaking various reactive and remedial maintenance tasks and occasional new installation work, in order to achieve a high level of service delivery. The individual will work as part of the Mobile operational team and should demonstrate a desire to develop a sound knowledge of all services within their apprenticeship and become part of the larger GRAHAM team in the area.


On successful completion of your apprenticeship you will have achieved a Level 2/3 Diploma in Joinery.
