Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Midlands

Our growing Building Division is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our newly established Birmingham office, covering projects in the West and East Midlands.

Together we’ve a team of over 2,000 people who deliver all kinds of innovative projects. These range from huge Building and Civil Engineering works to bespoke Fit-out and Asset Management contracts.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position will be pivotal in providing quantity surveying support services to the Building Team on projects ranging from £5M-£30M.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a QS role, with a sound knowledge of commercial and contractual issues.  Experience of managing profit and loss accounting and working to budgetary targets, initiating, drafting and reviewing documents and excellent negotiation/communication skills are essential.
