Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position will be pivotal in providing quantity surveying support services to the Interior Fit Out team on projects ranging from £400k-£10M. Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a QS role, with a sound knowledge of commercial and contractual issues. Experience of managing profit and loss accounting and working to budgetary targets, initiating, drafting and reviewing documents and excellent negotiation/communication skills are essential.
