Senior SAP Decision & AI Architect
Role purpose
Own the enterprise-platform projection of the prototype. You will map the standard rule and data representations into SAP-aligned decision, integration and test artefacts and explore SAP-native agentic automation where it adds demonstrable value.
What you will do
- Map approved established concepts and deterministic rules into SAP-aligned designs without changing their upstream semantics.
- Design and prototype BRFplus functions, data objects, rulesets, decision tables and related integration patterns.
- Work across SAP TRM and/or PSCD/FI-CA, ABAP, APIs and BTP integration components as relevant to the target landscape.
- Prototype SAP-native AI/agent patterns, including Joule Studio experience, where available and appropriate, while keeping deterministic decision logic separately testable.
- Define mappings between standard identifiers and SAP objects/configuration so end-to-end provenance can be demonstrated.
- Design component, integration and regression tests, error handling, logging and operational controls.
- Advise when standard capability, configuration, extension or custom development is the appropriate implementation choice.
Essential experience
- Deep SAP solution architecture/delivery experience in complex enterprise landscapes.
- Hands-on BRFplus and ABAP experience and strong knowledge of SAP integration/API patterns.
- Experience in SAP TRM and/or PSCD/FI-CA or closely comparable rules-intensive SAP domains.
- Ability to consume recognized models/contracts created outside SAP rather than making SAP the source of domain semantics.
- Strong testing, transport, security, audit and operational-assurance discipline.
Useful differentiators
- SAP BTP and Integration Suite.
- Hands-on SAP Joule Studio or related SAP AI/agent development experience.
- S/4HANA migration or modernization.
Knowledge of graph/semantic models and AI agent orchestration.
