The Role

This is an interesting and exciting role and with broader responsibilities than a general secretarial position. You will be counted on to conduct research, analyse findings and report on them to others. At times, you may need to attend meetings along side or on behalf of the CEO.

You will be required to provide administration support to the CEO including the maintenance of confidential documents and files and minute taking at meetings. You will also have broader responsibilities around governance which will include supporting the Board of Non Executive Directors.

The Person

This role would suit a person who is confident liaising with a wide range of professionals, including other company executives and the board of directors. It is important that you are well organised and have excellent prioritisation skills. That you are confident to take the initiative and follow through, ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings and discussions. This may include research, preparing the right documents and information and creating PowerPoint presentations.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience of having supported senior directors and CEOs. You be highly organised and resourceful whilst being calm, friendly and approachable.

Above all, we are seeking a personable individual who is also efficient, discreet and capable of working with limited supervision, anticipating needs and following through.
