 The Role

This is a key customer facing role and we are looking for someone who fully embodies our values of Ownership, Innovation, Teamwork and Inclusion.


In this varied role you will be responsible for the effective management of our shared ownership, leasehold and market rent properties.  You will be responsible for ensuring a timely and comprehensive letting service for our market rent customers and delivering a professional management service to our homeownership customers.


The Person

You should be an effective communicator, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.  We need a solution focused individual with strong negotiation skills who can successfully resolve complex property issues.  The ideal candidate will have experience in lettings and property management; we are open to whether this is in the private or social housing sector.
