HSS Hire is the UK’s leading tools and equipment hire company. As the construction industry is continuing to grow we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to promote the industry leading range of tools, equipment and services that HSS can deliver to large scale construction sites over the UK. The role will be field based in major conurbations and success in the role will be down to having high visibility on site and building strong relationships with the contractors and buyers on multiple sites.

Firstly, we Make It Happen. You’ll be central to our business, sourcing and securing new business from major construction sites. Resilience will be key, as you will be relentless in your approach to identify contractors and buyers on these sites and understand the building supply requirements for each stage of the build.

We Make It Better. Day to day, you’ll undertake regular site visits and following up all leads, negotiating new deals to drive maximum potential through all of the HSS propositions. As we’re in a competitive market, you’ll understand competitor activity on site, monitoring products and services and create competitive selling strategies with contractors

Let’s Make It Together. You’ll promote cross functional relationships to encourage the development of collaborative working aimed at improving performance and driving sales and work across teams.
