Are you working in internal recruitment and looking for a new challenge? Or working for an agency and wanting to focus less on business development and more on the full candidate journey? 

HSS Hire is the UK’s leading tools and equipment hire company. 2021 has been a great year for HSS and we have some really ambitious plans to see growth across our business as we move into 2022. To support these plans we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team to help us attract the best talent to our business. As with the majority of our Head Office support functions, we work on a hybrid home/office based model and split our time working from home and occasionally attending our new office in Trafford Park, Manchester for collaborative sessions.

Bringing the right person into our team is very important and we need to make sure the successful candidate can adhere to our core values.

Firstly, we Make It Happen. You’ll be central to our business, tasked with sourcing the best talent for HSS. We recruit across all areas of the business and you’ll manage the full recruitment process from building relationships with our hiring managers, creating advertisements, sourcing and onboarding successful candidates.  

We Make It Better. You’ll work alongside key stakeholders to support their recruitment requirements and work with them to build talent pipelines for their future needs. With the recruitment team you’ll increase engagement through our social channels to highlight the opportunities with HSS. Candidate experience is key to our team and you will help us improve this by identifying and improving our processes including our ATS (Jobtrain), advertisements, interviews and onboarding. 

Let’s Make It Together. We’re part of the wider HR department and we work closely with the team to support projects as part of our HR strategy.  These projects can range from colleague wellbeing to implementing new systems and processes. Supporting and delivering these projects will give you the opportunity to build your profile within the business
