An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the St Neots Health Centre in St Neots as a Practice Nurse

The successful candidate will have experience in QOF templates, ECG’s, travel vaccinations, child immunisations, general Vacs,  women’s health including cervical smears ,COPD ,Asthma, CVD, Ear Syringing, Spirometry, phlebotomy,  minor and complex wound management, NHS Health Checks, smoking cessation.


The role details are:

·        Annual salary will depend on Experience

·        NHS Pension

·        23  hours per week – across 2 days per week, Mon & Weds , 8am to 8pm but negotiable

·        27 days annual leave 8 bank holidays + study leave (pro rata)

·        Role available from  ASAP

·        Up to 23 hours free CPD which can be achieved online via Skills4Health


·         Patient list size 6000

·         The Walk In Centre is a busy service offering walk in to registered (capped) and  unregistered patients 0800-2000hrs Monday to Sunday

·          Computer system used SystemOne

20 miles east of Cambridge. Easy access transport links to London and Peterborough. The Walk In Centre is based in the town centre in a purpose built health Centre accommodated with other local services. The committed team includes GP's, ANP's, Practice Nurse and Pharmacist.
