About the Role
The Department of Infrastructure is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to work within a busy team that supports the Minister and Chief Executive Officer in delivery of Department business.
You will be the lead officer responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Minister in the day to day running of a busy office. You will oversee Parliamentary business, attend meetings and provide high level minutes, ensure the provision of accurate and timely administrative and secretarial services and co-ordinate day-to-day activities. You will also be working at a high level alongside senior managers and will require the utmost discretion, diplomacy and sound judgement along with the ability to solve problems independently using initiative and tact.
