About the role

Join our dedicated team at Anagh Coar Primary School and make a difference as an Education Support Officer! In this rewarding role, you’ll be part of a supportive and passionate team, working closely with pupils who have complex learning needs within a vibrant mainstream school setting. Your creativity and ability to connect with primary-aged children will be key to building positive relationships and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

As an Education Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in promoting inclusion, independence, and self-esteem among pupils. You’ll help implement tailored interventions, contribute to risk assessments and Individual Education Plans, and provide valuable feedback to teachers, parents, and external professionals. If you’re a caring, proactive individual who’s passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, we’d love to hear from you!
