Looking for a role that challenges you and expands your expertise in early learning? At the Pre-School Assessment Centre, you’ll lead tailored programmes for children with additional needs - working creatively and collaboratively to prepare them for mainstream education.

✔ Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, you will be offered two pensions arrangements: the Teachers Superannuation scheme or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) arrangement.
✔ If you are returning to the island and have participated in the Department’s Student Loan scheme for tuition fees, the loan will be repaid by the Department upon completion of your second year working as a teacher at one of the island’s schools.
