Join our team at Manx National Heritage as a Business Development Officer.
Manx Museum and National Trust was founded to look after the Island's amazing heritage sites, natural heritage and fascinating treasures. Some of our sites include the Manx Museum, Peel Castle and the House of Manannan.
You’ll help maximise our income potential by supporting sales at our sites through our stock management system, and ensuring an appropriate level of product availability.
We are looking for a team player with great problem solving skills who understands the importance of attention to detail, and who is self-motivated with excellent time management.
A typical week could also include:
- Managing the 'goods in' and 'goods out' service from a central warehouse to all Manx National Heritage sites
- Pro-actively managing inventory controls to maximise sales and stock availability
- Managing the product database ensuring it accurately reflects all product details, essential for performance management
- Liaising with our suppliers and managing the relationship to ensure all product is ordered efficiently and delivered to our warehouse
