About our Role

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated individual to work within the Department's Motorsport's team to take an integral role in leading delivery of both the TT and Festival of Motorcycling.

Reporting directly to the TT & Motorsport Development Manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of the sporting and commercial elements of the Isle of Man TT and Festival of Motorcycling events held annually. You will be intrinsic to the success of the events and helping to raise the profile and quality of these events as world class motorsport events and as a key contributor to the economic success and positive international image of the Isle of Man. You will help deliver specific activities in conjunction with our stakeholders, sponsors and partners.

You will be expected to work additional hours during the TT and Festival of Motorcycling and some off-Island travel will be required.

This role requires a full driving licence and access to own vehicle, because you will have to be able to make your way to and from the office to the Grandstand during the events and there may not be the availability of pool cars at the time.
