An exciting position has arisen in our Marketing CRM team! The purpose of this role is to work with the CRM Manager, to drive both consumer file growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity.  To drive performance and loyalty of the customer and share of customer wallet through all available channels, product ranges and services.

The key purpose of this role is to support and implement a profitable CRM strategy. The plan is to be delivered through insight-led segmentation, campaign planning, robust testing plans and results analysis to support the growth, evolution and day to day operation of the customer programmes across our brands to engender loyalty and drive incremental sales via print and online creating a multi-channel customer journey.

What you’ll be responsible for:

-Implementing the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file

-Implementation of campaigns from the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan

-Working closely with other internal teams to ensure all communications follow the brand guidelines

-Implementation and analysis of the discount strategy and plan for the brand

-Working within the investment plan for retention activity ensuring budgets are kept to plan

-Supporting the CRM Manager on administration and co-ordination around half yearly budgets


What you’ll need to succeed:

We’re looking for a commercially aware Marketing professional of graduate calibre or equivalent, with proven experience of managing retention & CRM programmes, preferably within retail. You should have excellent campaign management skills, broad knowledge of direct marketing principles and strong written and verbal communication skills as this role involves regular communication with teams across the business.

You'll need to be numerate, analytical and a confident user of MS Excel with the ability to analyse and interpret data. You'll also need to be proficient in budgeting processes as well as having a creative flair for campaign planning.

Experience in both on and offline channels is essential as we will be creating multi-channel campaigns, so understanding the full customer journey will be vital.
