We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the CRM Manager to deliver a profitable CRM strategy for our Digital First brands. As our CRM Coordinator you will lead in developing effective and insight led customer centric segmentation, contribute to campaign planning, undertake robust testing and results analysis to help build brand loyalty all with an end goal of maximising customer value and drive incremental sales.

 

Other key responsibilities:

 

  • Implementing and managing exciting multi-channel CRM campaigns to support brand objectives, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and analysis of results
  • Collaborate with other teams within the Marketing department, PR, Buying and Merchandising etc, to deliver campaigns within set time frames
  • To work within the investment plan for retention activity ensuring budgets are kept to plan
  • Implementing and resulting on the discount strategy and plan for Jacamo and SimplyBe
  • Support on any other campaigns or projects as directed by the CRM Manager

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Previous/current Marketing experience within a customer/consumer centric role (e.g. Retail)
  • A strong commercial understanding
  • A degree within a relevant field (Marketing etc)
  • Proven experience of working with, interpreting and analysing data
  • Proficient and regular user of Excel
  • A creative flair for campaign planning and execution as well as collaborating with others
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies and drive business change
  • Strong problem solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload, to tight deadlines
