Creative Design Manager will elevate the NBrown brand by delivering inspiring and solution-based creative content across our owned channels. Leading brand teams across online and digital platforms to build a strong aligned vision with special technical digital know-how to influence all channel efforts.

What will I be responsible for as Creative Design Manager?

  • Sees the world through the eyes of creative, gleaning external ideas and innovation to bring in new, fresh ideas to the NBrown brands. Intuitive sense of the customer mind set and how to celebrate the product in surprising ways.
  • A multi-channel brand team leader who will lead holistic brand teams to design, implement and deliver inspiring creative content across channels. Own the end to end design output for digital/web/mobile/social/email channels from creation of concepts, photography (developing/adapting/editing) all the way through to final art execution and online activation.
  • Be a cross-team digital lead, specializing in bringing innovation to the digital space across brands and online creative teams for desktop and mobile. Develop design solutions, wireframing and understanding of the customer journey/UX best practices for the NBrown brand. Prototyping digital efforts to show potential newness. Stay on top of industry digital efforts to keep our brand current.
  • Adapt and apply the Above-the-Line Brand Toolkit as needed to catalogue/print/digital channels to ensure creative consistency across all channels and a seamless brand experience for our customer.
  • Fluent in art direction and leads team to innovate with photography and uphold brand guidelines. Responsible for encouraging on-boarding briefing teams with digital needs for execution, specs and platforms. (On-figure and still life). Maintain number of shots per day requirement to align with budget.
  • Collaborate and partner with external suppliers to connect brand across teams to ensure quality of creative interpretation across work. As well as sightlines to print proof checks if required.
  • Share and present creative work with cross-team stakeholders with CRM, product and digital teams to ensure delivery is successfully met. Facilitate hand-over moments with assets on time and in detail so understanding of creative deliverables between partners is clear and concise. Create new processes to bring content quicker to market and taking partners across the business. As seen to have creative leadership and authority across category teams.
  • Develop team members career paths and growth. Facilitate team meetings, huddles, brainstorms as well as 1:1 statuses to connect and build teams who are valued, mentored and developed creatively and professionally.

Creative Manager will have experience of interpreting a brief and demonstrate how you develop smart solutions and ideas. Ideal candidate will have experience of photo art direction and strong graphic design skills.However, you will also be capable of more of strategic thinking in order to develop our multi channel solutions and bring innovative solutions to our brands.You will be a good communicator and ability to influence various stakeholders and suppliers. Ability to coach, train and on-board others to create high performing teams.

Expert creative/artwork with technical knowledge and Mac skills, creative Adobe Suite/Cloud, Quark, HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver.
