Created due to promotion we now have an opportunity for an experienced Web Analyst to join our Customer Insight team. As our Web Analyst you will be required to deliver insights through Analytics to help drive improvements in digital customer experience.  

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • To produce core insights from multiple data sources
  • Make commercially sound recommendations for improved online / digital experience for our customers
  • Manage web analytic projects from initial analysis to implementation
  • Evolve our suite of Digital reports and dashboards to fit stakeholder needs
  • Be a subject matter expert and partner with marketing functions to drive CRO, trading performance and Website development
  • Reactively handle requests for information/analyses and ensure high calibre outputs are delivered on time
  • Research and implement recommendations to improve web data hygiene
  • Manage a junior member of the team
  • Assist in the training and development of technical skills of others within the Insight Team

 

This role would suit a talented, Web Analyst who is passionate about extracting and analysing data to produce insight to drive change.

 

What you will need to succeed as a Customer Insight Web Analyst:

  • Well established experience within a similar role
  • Expert in web analytics tools (for example Adobe analytics, Celebrus or Google Analytics)
  • Proven success in ecommerce and analysing digital channels.
  • Proven success in engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders well
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Experience of managing projects from start to finish
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload and working to tight deadlines
  • Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, IT or Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in Mobile app Analytics an advantage.
