An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Marketing Administrator to join a newly formed team based within our extensive Marketing department. Reporting into the Marketing Co-Ordinator, this role will be responsible for working with our external agencies, supporting on campaigns and provide high quality administrative support to the department.

 

This is the perfect opportunity for a highly organised, passionate individual wanting to start their career within Marketing.

 

Additional key areas of responsibility:

  • Be the go to person for ensuring our 3rd party Agencies are kept up to date with relevant information
  • Work closely with the Marketing Partnerships Coordinator and support on delivering  campaigns
  • Ensure agencies are provided with all the information required in order to sell list data to their clients
  • Ensuring all record keeping is kept up to date
  • Building and maintaining internal relationships within the Group
  • Provide support for any queries which may come into the department
  • Using Internal systems to output data

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • A passion for digital marketing and enjoy constant industry change and development
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Highly organised and driven
  • Excellent communications skills in a variety of formats, written, verbal, presentations etc
