We are looking for an experinced Store Manager to be a true brand ambassador to take responsibility of  our High and Mighty Store in Bristol! You will be responsible for smooth running of the store, the commercials as well as true leadership of this new team. You will be passionate about customer experience as well as be innovative in the way that we engage and convert our customers!

We are looking for a driven and people focused Store Manager for our High and Mighty Store in Bristol!

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead your team to ensure all customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience. You will maintain exceptional store visual standards, creating a truly memorable shopping experience for customers.

You will coach and develop your team to give the very highest standards of customer service, spotting and maximising their potential whilst ensuring adequate cover at all times. You’ll motivate your team through communicating store targets and driving sales performance to maximise profitability across the store.

As a Store Manager, you will assist with the recruitment of your team and manage all people challenges. You’ll be analytical, with a strong commercial focus to manage the store P&L as well as acting as a Brand Ambassador, dealing confidently with escalated customer queries and issues

Skills & Qualities:

We’re looking for a strong, commercially driven operational manager with an inspirational leadership style. Previous retail management experience in fashion is essential, as is the ability to drive a team to achieve and exceed company standards in a fast paced store environment.

You should have a creative flair for merchandising with the initiative to make commercial decisions. You’ll be a strong communicator with a natural coaching ability to unlock the potential of your team.
