An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Marketing department for an E-mail Coordinator to join us. Working with direction from the E-mail Manager, our E-mail Coordinator will oversee the ‘business as usual’ emails, help drive the strategy around email marketing activities, consumer growth and demand as well as increase performance and loyalty of our customers.


Additional Key areas of Responsibility:

  • To help plan and deliver the Electronic Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) communication programmes to retain customers across all stages of the lifecycle including new channels (SMS and push)
  • Engage with internal departments to ensure briefs are taken and implemented
  • Smart segmentation of our customers to ensure the receive the relevant communications
  • Manage a plan to optimise, test and improve all email programmes to drive up key metrics
  • Provide reports, insight and recommendations on email performance for our customers
  • Working to set KPI’s
  • Continually remain proactive in utilising the vast customer data
  • Provide support to the Email Manager as and when needed
  • To manage existing data processes, feeds, automations and technology
  • To plan and implement the email testing plan and report back to achieve agreed objectives against targets
  • To support and mentor the E-mail Executive



What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience within a similar role particularly within electronic CRM
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel to a high standard
  • Experience of, or drive to, manage and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for digital marketing, and enjoy constant industry change and development
  • Strong campaign management skills
