As we continue to invest heavily in delivering our digital strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Site Optimisation and Testing Coordinator to work within the Jacamo eCommerce team.  As our Brand Site Optimisation and Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the testing roadmap within the Jacamo eCommerce team, maximising personalisation opportunities and driving improvements for conversion by enhancing the customer experience.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Use data to monitor and measure activity on-site identifying potential issues and drop-off points, using these to create a testing plan which you will update and maintain with the goal of improving web KPIs such as conversion, average order value and presenting these
  • Liaise with other teams such as the Web Development and Design teams to create, develop and put tests live
  • Monitor the performance of all testing, using an iterative approach, optimising and refining to work towards goals of improving web KPIs
  • Create and maintain a testing plan (via Monetate) with clear suggestions and goals based on data and customer feedback.
  • Collate reporting and analysis’ and make recommendations and suggestions from these findings
  • Work closely with other key teams to monitor traffic coming in from key digital marketing channels and optimise performance using testing, feeding back on key learnings and results
  • Working proactively with the wider eCommerce team to test and work with new software to help us deliver against our commercial goals.


What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience within a similar Marketing role
  • A proactive and inquisitive approach to tasks
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Analytical and creative approach to identify opportunities and focus on ROI
  • eCommerce experience  
  • A degree within a Marketing field is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communications skills in a variety of formats, written, verbal, presentations etc
  • A passion for digital marketing, and enjoy constant industry change and development
