We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to work in our International team. As our Digitial Marketing Executive, working with guidance from the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will have a focus on recruiting new customers across our multiple International fashion brands via online and offline advertising channels. You will also support with the implementation of various campaigns in line with seasonal targets and the international retail calendar.

 

Additional responsibilities will also include:

 

  • Effective support to the coordinator of online and offline advertising campaigns ensuring they reflect brand propositions and represent the key products ranges for USA and Ireland
  • Understanding the profiles of new customers by monitoring key demographic information and using these findings to feed into briefs for future campaigns and adjustments to current campaigns where appropriate
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator with monitoring costs for each of the campaigns for media, ensuring that any variances to budget are highlighted
  • Coordination of online advertising campaigns ensuring they reflect brand propositions and represents key products ranges for USA, Australia and Ireland
  • Supporting with the implementation of tests within campaign plans
  • Making recommendations to improve the customer journey in order to maximise customer conversion and spend
  • Maintaining relationships with external agencies, internal media teams as well as creative and digital production to ensure all briefs are met and activities are executed on time and to plan
  • Collation and evaluation of weekly results of online activity and making any recommendations
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues across International eCommerce and Retention teams, Marketing Analytics, Print and Buying & Merchandising Assisting to improve the customer journey in order to maximise customer conversion and minimise costs

 

To be a successful Digital Marketing Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A passion for digital marketing and eCommerce
  • Previous experience of working on media campaigns/projects
  • Proficient user of Excel   
  • Commercial acumen
  • A creative flair for campaign planning and execution as well as collaborating with others
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies and drive business change
  • Organised and proactive approach to solving tasks
  • A degree in a relevant field (Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential
