We have an exciting opportunity for International CRM Executive to work in our International team for our JD Williams power brand. As our International CRM Executive you be part of the team to help deliver, and contribute, to the overall International CRM strategy. You will look to understand our growing customer data base, analyse and report on our customer buying cycle, improve customer retention and loyalty and support in the promotion of the brand on an International scale.


Other duties also include:

  • To support with implementing marketing campaigns
  • To review the customer journey and looking at opportunities to improve this
  • Ensure customers receive communications as planned
  • To develop and manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams
  • To collate, evaluate and interpret weekly results against plan.
  • To understand the profiles of each customers base in each geography and using these findings to feed into briefs for future marketing campaigns and make any adjustments where appropriate
  • Make recommendations for tests within marketing campaign plans


To be a successful Marketing Executive you will have the following skills and experience:


  • A passion for Marketing
  • Commercial understanding
  • A love of retail is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • A creative flair for campaign planning and execution as well as collaborating with others
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies and drive business change
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload, to tight deadlines
  • Organised and proactive approach to solving tasks
  • A degree in a relevant field (Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential


The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to travel to our US (New York), Australia and other oversees sites to further improve their industry and business knowledge.
