We are looking for an experienced, commercial minded marketing professional with a track record in the management & delivery of CRM. As a ECRM Manager you will be digitally focused and truly passionate about delivering excellent customer experience through CRM.

What will you be doing as our ECRM Manager?

  • To manage & deliver the successful implementation of cross-channel, cross device CRM programmes, using data & available technologies to personalise the experience across all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • To manage & implement the segmentation of the brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality & profitability of the customer file
  • To enable a culture of testing & optimisation, to deliver measurable results in terms of customer retention & engagement.
  • To drive forward the brand objectives, with a focus on personalisation, engagement, loyalty & retention.
  • Deliver best practice across all our CRM activity, working collaboratively with other cross functional teams.
  • Ongoing training, development and management of the team to deliver their objectives

 

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Performance driven with outstanding analytical skills
  • Strong experience in working with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working with Responsys or other similar ESP
  • Working knowledge of HTML & SQL
  • Ability to work under pressure & prioritise effectively
  • Knowledge & experience of database management, customer segmentation & data cleansing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a change oriented, fast paced environment
  • Strong and credible leader; able to motivate, coach and develop a team.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with and influence colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Proactive approach, always looking for the next opportunity.
