With exciting times ahead as we continue to grow internationally we are now on the lookout for a Site Conversion Rate Optimisation and Testing Executive who will support in N Brown becoming the globally loved experts in fashion that fits!

With your passion for all things digital you will play a key role in improving the customer experience, optimising the user experience and introducing innovative ideas to our international sites. You’ll be leading the A/B tests, personalisation and optimisation plan with the goal to remove conversion barriers and enhance the user experience across devices.

The Site Conversion Rate Optimisation and Testing Executive will:

  • Develop and deliver successful user experiences across devices for the international brands to maximise conversion and other key KPIs
  • Build localised experiences on our optimisation platform and track results
  • Support the manager to deliver a continuous improvement approach to the customer journey utilising creative execution, promotions and personalisation to drive improved experience and conversion.
  • Review competitors’ activity, market trends and best practices and feedback findings to wider team with suggestions
  • Analyse and provide reports to monitor demand and conversion metrics / performance across customer segments and device types.
  • Contribute to trading the season to maximise demand and profit against plan using the product bank, channels and traffic to optimum advantage

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience working with A/B testing and analytics tools
  • You ideally have CSS & HTML
  • Enthusiasm for CRO/ UX and customer experience
  • Experience in an ecommerce environment
