With exciting times ahead as we continue to grow internationally we are now on the lookout for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Coordinator who will support in N Brown becoming the globally loved experts in fashion that fits!

With your passion for all things digital you will play a key role in driving forward best online practises around search and navigation for our international brands. You’ll assist with removing any conversion barriers from the customer journey and enhance the experience our customers have when using our websites.

The CRO Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • To develop and manage a specific brand site optimisation plan across all devices, that will support and maximise conversion.
  • Working closely with the conversion rate optimisation team, propose brand site testingand optimisation requirements.
  • Support the manager to deliver a continuous improvement approach to the customer journey utilising creative execution, promotions and personalisation to drive improved experience and conversion.
  • Analyse and provide reports to monitor demand and conversion metrics / performance across customer segments and device types.
  • Support the manager to work cross-functionally with the digital team to ensure that traffic objectives (category and customer) are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised
  • To contribute to trading the season to maximise demand and profit against plan using the product bank, channels and traffic to optimum advantage.
  • Working with A/B testing tools to increase personalisation towards our customers.

 

What you need to succeed:

We’re looking for a commercially aware individual with experience of working in an ecommerce environment. Knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics Premium or Celebrus is desirable along with an enthusiasm for the analysis and improvement of the customer experience.
