If you would like to join this journey, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a CRO Executive on the expanding E-commerce team working on our brands Ambrose Wilson and Premier Man. The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of increased conversion rates across the websites, across all devices and to all customer segments. Using analytics to study behaviour, recommend improvements to customer conversion and managing the online merchandising of the site via targeted sequencing rules.

What will you be doing as a Conversion Rate Executive?

  • Work closely with the Traditional ecommerce team to understand online categories and feed in to product and category optimisation opportunities
  • Ensuring all products are strategically merchandised across the site
  • Providing insight into web performance. Using online analytics to study customer behaviour and identify improvements to the customer journey. Monitor web metric performance across customer segments and device types. Provide insight and recommendations to ensure performance stays on track to achieve targets.
  • Support the E-commerce team with providing best practice links for promotions and managing seasonally relevant, strategic and engaging product sequencing.
  • Working closely with the CRO Co-ordinator, propose brand site testing and optimisation requirements to maximise the conversion rate of new and existing customers.
  • Work with wider digital marketing teams to improve overall website performance
