We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator, with excellent attention to detail. This is an entry level role and would suit someone with good basic administration skills who enjoys working in a process driven environment and understands the importance of meeting deadlines. Based within the Complaints Management Team the Administrator supports the Advisors who deal with complaints, as such the work undertaken by this team is regulated and accuracy is essential. This role is based on two months fixed term contract with a possibility to extend over a period of six months. 

What you’ll do:

  • Cross referencing data from internal and external sources
  • Processing refunds to customers accounts
  • Real time updating of the various departmental databases and case trackers
  • Escalating any potential delays to Manager
  • Modifying letter templates to respond to basic queries
