As part of our brand-new photo studio, we have an opportunity her at N Brown for a Stylist to join a new team of image and content creators! Together, you will make our ecommerce sites, mobile & APP experience as well as emails and social, come alive with brand distinctiveness, driving traffic and sales!

As the Model & Still Life Stylist you will work closely with our in-house Studio Team, contribute to the delivery of consistent, high quality model & still life photography in line with the Product and Brand Style Guides. You will support the creation of product assets for all the N Brown channels, within a highly productive photo studio environment, including the delivery of innovative HTML5 moving assets for the digital channels.

  • Be responsible for the receipt, preparation (including ironing/steaming), and return of samples, in union with the in-house sample team. Execute processes efficiently, maintaining and ensuring all daily volumes, deadlines and deliverables are met, resolving creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions
  • Follow and contribute to the development of the Creative style guidelines to ensure all images and HTML5 assets are on-brand and consistent.
  • Work closely with the team and support Fit Sessions and the adaptation of the ‘HILP’ model moves guide.
  • Support the studio team to dress models and still life sets to match guidelines, whilst adhering to the high productivity requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape and fashion trends and contribute to the future development of model & still life assets to the business.
  • Ensure styling consumables and equipment are maintained and replenished.  Maintain a tidy and organised work environment throughout the day


What you need to succeed as a Stylist at N Brown?

  • Sound knowledge of styling, photographic trends and styling tools and techniques
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the product image quality
  • Ability to take creative direction, to be flexible in your approach and easily adapt to working with new team
  • Good people engagement and communication skills.
