We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join the Traditional marketing team on a 9 month fixed term contract.

As a marketing CRM & Planning Coordinator, you’ll be involved in improving customer retention and loyalty by the execution of profitable activity. You’ll also contribute to the development of the House of Bath brand strategy through analysis and insight as well as the development of the product offer for our customers, the delivery of an effective publishing plan and the demand forecast.

What you’ll do;

  • To implement the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file
  • To implement campaigns from the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan
  • Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams
  • Play a key role in the development of a comprehensive understanding of product and market opportunities that should be exploited to deliver our overall marketing & brand objectives
  • Contribute to the delivery of an effective product proposition brief, including market analysis, range scope and price architecture
  • Assist in the creation of high level demand and investment plans to exploit market opportunities, develop category sales performance and optimise our ROI
  • Produce demand forecasts by channel and category
  • Assist in the delivery of the category plans for publications and offers, identifying issues, risks and opportunities

 

To be successful as a Marketing CRM & Planning Coordinator, you’ll need experience from a similar role in a complex and fast-paced environment like our own. You’ll also need to be organised and confident working with team members from other areas of the organisation.  The role would be perfect for someone who has:

  • excellent computer literacy, specifically Excel and good knowledge of analytical formulas
  • Proven experience of CRM
  • ability to identify opportunities for improvement to drive commercial benefit
  • strong communication skills and presentation experience
  • a flexible, positive, proactive approach with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies
  • previous experience of using retail market data such as Kantar Worldpanel
  • knowledge of online retail clothing industry would be desirable
