We are looking for people who can merchandise our websites using best practices. This team to drive tens of millions of £s in revenue and be part of driving the success of our business. As part of this we are creating a larger team of Online Merchandising specialists to enable us to accelerate at pace.

This role plays a key role in driving forward the online approach for merchandising our product. Understanding the important of product and visual merchandising to the customer experience, you will have a core sense of customer focus and a passion for product and online selling.

What will you be doing as a Online Merchandising Coordinator?

  • Design and implement A/B/MVT testing strategies to optimise the customer journey and navigation across all devices. Use data and analysis to prioritise the implementations, taking a structured approach to the roll-out of new features and tests.
  • Maximise personalisation opportunities and segmented customer performance by coordinating and implementing testing strategies to enhance the customer experience at key points of the customer lifecycle.
  • Working closely with the IT developer team, ensuring that any site changes are correctly implemented and tested prior to go live. Manage the post-test analysis process, ensuring that analysis is completed on time and accurately.
  • Support an approach to share insight and learnings to drive best practice across the N Brown Group.

 

Who are we looking for?

You will have a good understanding of all aspects of marketing and eCommerce and good understanding of Buying & Merchandising processes and objectives. You will work collaboratively across departments as well as the online merchandising team to drive success and innovative ideas!
