Based in our office in the heart of Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Site Optimisation Team on Jacamo as an Optimisation and Testing Executive. We are continuing to invest heavily in our digital strategy ensuring we maintain our excellent growth as a business.

As an Optimisation and Testing Executive you will help us achieve this growth by maintaining and executing a testing road map, maximising personalisation opportunities and always looking enhance the customer journey.

What does the role of an Optimisation and Testing Executive look like at Nbrown?

  • Think of and implement Tests with the aim to improve the customer journey and KPIs such as Conversion Rate, AOV, Bounce Rate etc.
  • Using Google analytics to measure on-site activity and identify drop off points and issues within the customer journey, utilising this information to help prioritise tests and activity.
  • Doing competitor research and thinking outside the box, identify opportunities on Jacamo.co.uk to help enhance the customer journey and experience.
  • Maintain a testing plan with an objective and goal orientated approach.
  • As well as working closely with the Site Optimisation Manager you will be working proactively with the wider ecommerce team testing new site functionality, optimising incoming traffic from key digital marketing channels and working with the brand team to help support key trading demands.

What you will need to succeed

  • A passion for growing a career in Marketing
  • Previous online marketing experience with an enthusiasm for testing and optimisation.
  • Experience using CMS tools, ideally testing platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely but not essential.
  • Analytical and creative approach to identifying opportunities and improving the customer journey.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and with a willingness to learn
