If you would like to join this journey, we are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially astute Email Marketing Executive to work within the Campaign and Communications Marketing team to help deliver the strategy around email marketing activities and to drive both consumer file growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make that next step in their email marketing career. The role will also enable the successful candidate to take email channel ownership of a brand, being approachable, friendly and proactive are key requirements in this role.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • To brief design to create engaging and inspiring emails and content including weekly sends, as well as hyper personalised content.
  • To implement the email testing plan and report back to achieve agreed objectives against targets.
  • Reporting on email performance and KPI’s including commercial, engagement and industry benchmarks, analysis these results and macking recommendations to drive furture performance
  • Briefing designs to create engaging and inspiring emails and content including weekly sends, automated and triggered emails.
  • Liaising with on and off-line marketing colleagues, presenting recommendations and monthly activity reports.
  • Developing the channel to improve revenue, ensuring that communications fit with offline and website content delivering the best experience to our customers possible

What do you need to be successful?

  • Enthusiastic, friendly, proactive and approachable
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a business related degree.
  • A proven understanding of basic HTML.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence of presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and supporting the wider business with driving response and revenue from customers.
  • Experience of using email marketing software such as; Responsys, Exact Target, Teradata etc. (Desirable)
