We’re looking for an experienced, commercial Marketing professional with a track record in the development and delivery of CRM.
As Segmentation & Loyalty Coordinator of one of our power brands, Simply Be, you will demonstrate a proven track record in the development and delivery of CRM as well as strong campaign management skills. You should be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive outlook. You’ll be flexible and resilient when plans or processes change, and a confident communicator with the ability to liaise with and influence colleagues at all levels of the business.
Your focus as Segmentation & Loyalty Coordinator
Working with the CRM & Marketing Communications Manager, to shape and drive all customer facing relationship marketing activities and to drive both consumer file growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity. To drive performance and loyalty of the customer and share of customer wallet through all available channels, product ranges and services.
