If you would like to join this journey, we are looking for a passionate graduate to help us to shape ultimate experience for our customers by forming a business partner relationship to ensure we meet the brands strategy and vision through data and analytics! In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver insights that will lead to our goal of being the globally loved experts in fashion that fits. You will be working across our websites and marketing campaigns as well as the wider business. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to work with large datasets to provide commercially sound recommendations.

Additional key responsibilities:

  • Support and partner with the brand’s decision makers to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that delivers business impact
  • Work on projects from initial analysis to implementation
  • Translate broad requests into specific technical requirements
  • Deliver reports as and when required

What you will need to succeed as Analytical Business Partner:

  • Strong communicator and team player, able to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver insight
  • The ability to engage, influence and manage stakeholders well
  • An ability to translate technical analysis and relate it to your audience
  • Be a good problem solver and solutions-orientated
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn
  • An ability to manage a varied workload and working to tight deadlines
  • Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, IT etc)
  • Experience of SQL (or other such as Python, R) is desirable but not essential
  • Google analytics (or similar e.g. Adobe analytics) is also desirable but not essential
