International Brand Site Optimisation and Testing Manager

We are looking for a customer centric CRO Manager to create and deliver a successful CRO strategy for our international sites.

Working in conjunction with the group CX / UX team, you will deliver a brand site optimisation strategy across all devices to drive add to bag conversion, looking at all points within the funnel and customer journey.

Your role as International CRO Manager?

  • You’ll be leading the A/B testing, personalisation and optimisation plans for the international brands with the goal to remove conversion barriers and enhance the user experience.
  • Working closely with the e-Commerce and customer Marketing teams, to manage the strategy, testing plan and optimisation strategies to improve conversion of various customer segments. Agree and manage roll out plans and post-test analysis. Use data and analysis to prioritise the overall program
  • Shape and lead the testing strategy and algorithm enhancements to maximise the performance of our products by increasing cross and up sells.
  • Drive the adoption of user experience best practices and lead improvements aimed at achieving optimal conversion rates and maximising demand and profit.
  • Working closely with the ecommerce teams, develop and implement testing strategies to optimise the customer journey and navigation across all devices. Manage the roll out plans and post-test analysis.
  • Champion improvements aimed at achieving improved customer / segment conversion rates and maximising demand and profit.
  • Work closely with e-Commerce Development team and IT to shape and deliver best practice site hierarchy and page /content creation. Ensure that all new site developments adhere to best practice on-site SEO standards.
  • Recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to deliver their objectives, enjoy the journey and meet the targets we are set

 

What you need to succeed?

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a CRO/UX role
  • Highly digitally literate, with a strong interest in user experience and user interface design.
  • Skilled in the use of digital analytics tools e.g. google analytics, core metrics or similar digital analytics solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate a basic to mid-level understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Keen interest in digital marketing and emerging technologies
