Here at N Brown we are recruiting for an enthusiastic CRM Executive to join the Jacamo team! You will work with Angela who is the CRM Manager as well as Cally, our CRM Co-ordinator to drive both consumer file and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity to the Jacamo and High & Mighty customer base.Your aim is to drive performance, loyalty and share of customer wallet through all available channels, product ranges and services.

What does your day look like as a CRM Executive?

  • To deliver the ECRM communication programmes to retain customers across all stages of the lifecycle including email and push.
  • To report on email performance and KPIs including commercial, engagement and industry benchmarks.
  • To brief design to create engaging and inspiring emails and content including weekly sends, automated and triggered emails as well as hyper personalised content.
  • To implement the email testing plan and report back to achieve agreed objectives against targets.
  • To implement the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file.
  • To deliver targeted, offline mailers to the customer file, to engage and drive customers to the site, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues in other marketing teams (as appropriate) to ensure detailed plans are effectively ‘joined together’ to provide a comprehensive multichannel campaign approach


What you need to be a superstar CRM Executive?

  • Gradate with a relevant Marketing or business degree or someone in the first stages of their Marketing career with 1-2 years marketing experience.
  • Understanding of Marketing and CRM
  • Ability and to liaise with stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy varied workload
  • Team player
  • Ability to be well organised and planned.
