The successful candidate will form a key part of the Central Operations team.In the role the successful candidate will co-ordinate profit driving events ensuring controlled execution, engagement & affordability. Simplify wherever possible, speed up delivery time and ensure all functions are engaged and motivated throughout
What you’ll be responsible for:
Support the daily huddles and lead the sessions in the absence of the Central Operations Lead
Ensure Customer events run without issues and drive increased sales and profitability through efficient organisation
Clear understanding of processes to deliver events and full analysis and action plans post each major vent
Develop and Maintain reporting & measurement tools
High level trading calendar (Board level)
Detailed activity plan with dependencies (in beehive)
Weekly comms emails (all key stakeholders)
Develop check lists for events (central ops)
End of event review summary (central ops and finance)
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, implement change and use the daily huddles to embed new ways of working
What you’ll need to succeed:
You should be a natural team player with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. You should display exceptional attention to detail as well as a positive, flexible and proactive approach.
