Do you see the world through the eyes of a creative? Are you in tune with customers and products and just know instinctively what looks good?

N Brown PLC is on the lookout for a Director of Creative. We are looking for a collaborative leader who will elevate our brands by leading the team to deliver world class creative treatments for our communications.  You will focus on delivering stunning and commercial creative across all channels to delight our customers and attract new audiences whilst championing the value and importance of creative in connecting with our customers across N Brown.

Your role as Director of Creative

  • Lead the Creative direction and filter for all creative channels to market
  • Drive the development and delivery of photography, art direction and design, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery
  • Organise team to nurture and develop creativity while ensuring commercial objectives are met
  • Innovation – constant development of new concepts, styles, approaches to design
  • Lead the Brand teams to bring together the vision and strength of the Brand team to create communications that elevate our Brands
  • Design product brands as required including Brand definition, purpose and usage across channels and product categories
  • Generate energy, pride and momentum in the team to raise our game to world class, running the team as an internal agency.
  • Be responsible for the identification of future talent in the team and encouraging and monitoring the personal development and achievement of objectives for direct reports and the wider team.

 

What you need to succeed

  • A natural eye and flair for the Creative
  • Digital experience including mobile
  • Depth of knowledge of photography, art direction and graphic design
  • Collaborative and authoritative style. Strong influencing skills.
  • Able to lead a team of creative talent and nurture creativity, while delivering results
  • Experienced in managing agencies/suppliers
  • Experience in catalogue and online design
  • Understanding of process and ability to ensure right process management is in place
