Our international division are looking for a CRM Marketing guru with strong focus in Email & Digital to assist and build relationships between the company and customer for all NON-UK territories in which N Brown trade.

This role as CRM Coordinator will showcase your abilities to nurture the customer files for all geographies, ensuring optimisation of promotional offers and product content. You will be tasked with preparing seasonal contact strategies, delivering all communications ensuring maximum customer impact and fit with brand briefs in addition to monitoring the performance of communications.

Your role as Marketing Coordinator:

  • To implement marketing campaign plans in line with seasonal budget and brand objectives, delivering email, digital and mailing plans to drive loyalty.
  • To assist with the management of the retention contact strategy for each of the Geographies, ensuring all data submitted is accurate and is updated in a timely manner.
  • To assist with cost management for each of the marketing campaigns for ensuring that any variances to budget are highlighted.
  • To manage the customer journey, ensuring customers receive communications as planned
  • To manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams to ensure all briefs are met and activities are executed on time and to plan.
  • To collate, evaluate and interpret weekly results against plan. Ensuring that retention forecast sheets are updated weekly and recommendations are made on adjusting seasonal forecasts. 
  • To understand the profiles of each customers base in each geography. Use these findings to feed into briefs for future marketing campaigns and adjustments to current campaigns where appropriate.
  • Make recommendations for appropriate tests within marketing campaign plans.  Once signed off, implement and evaluate performance against plans, make roll out recommendations where appropriate.
  • To manage the creative process for their brands. Ensuring brief is met and budget is adhered to. Ensuring that all key dates are achieved for marketing campaigns and all relevant parties are informed of plans and are included in the creative process.
