We are looking for Senior Account Manager to join our partnerships team. As the Senior Account Manager you will build and manage a working relationships with our external partners and work to deliver N Brown product to them in a timely and professional manner and be the partner’s main point of contact for any queries. You will also liaise with our internal buying and merchandising teams to maximise stock intake and replenishment so that we are trading our product to partners to maximum effect.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Tracking stock into the business to meet deadlines in line with partner’s critical paths.
  • Liaise with business colleagues and senior management on issues affecting the wholesale department.
  • Make decisions around late stock/cancellations/ QA issues affecting orders.
  • Trade concession partners on a weekly basis using stock and sales reports.
  • Intake budgets set by partners for the season for concession partners.
  • Managing account managers, understanding the profitability of each partner and concentrate workload to maximise this.
  • Organising account managers and team with tasks, taking the lead to prioritise jobs.
  • Attend trade meetings with management to discuss actions, highlight opportunities and potential issues and risks with regards to stock.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience of working as an Assistant Merchandiser or stock controller.
  • A thorough understanding of stock management.
  • A good knowledge of Excel.
  • Great organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • An interest in product.
  • People/team management skills
