We are looking for an Account Admin Assistant to join our partnerships team. As the account admin assistant you will be responsible for supporting the partnerships account managers in the day to day running of the department. You will support the department in delivering NBrown product into our partners in a timely and professional manner, whilst building working relationships with external partners and internal buying and merchandising teams.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Administration tasks such as product upload sheets and delivery schedules.
  • Cross referencing buy sheets, range plans and purchase orders.
  • Ring-fencing stocks from core business for partners.
  • Managing ring fenced stock making sure that processes run smoothly for stock to reach partners by deadlines set.
  • Keeping account managers and operations team updated with stock movements and expected volumes by partner.
  • Answering partner queries.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience of administration tasks.
  • A basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Great organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as a team.
  • An interest in product.
