We are looking for Fraud Advisors to join our Financial Services team to support us during the busy Christmas period.

Our Fraud Advisors require excellent investigative skills, with an aptitude for being problem solving, understanding a range of data sources and making sound decisive decisions. The key objective of the role is to review orders from customer accounts that have been referred for more information, whilst striving to achieve our next day delivery deadlines, providing excellent customer service to genuine customers and protection to the business from potential fraud attacks.

Working to tight timescales you will be required to:

  • Analyse, understand and review information on customer accounts, looking for unusual activities on customers’ accounts and challenging any areas of concern.
  • Engage with customers on outbound telephone calls, evaluating the customer’s circumstances by using effective questioning techniques.
  • Clearly and confidently decide on the next course of action and communicate and feedback decisions when required.
  • Deal with every customer in an appropriate, courteous and professional manner, ensuring that genuine customer’s interests are at the heart of everything we do.

To succeed in this role you will need:

Have an ability to look at and pay attention to detail, evidence of being an effective communicator, possess excellent problem solving skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions within tight deadlines. Working as part of a team and in an overall bigger team within the department and the business is also a key requirement.
