Here at N Brown, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially astute CRM & Email Marketing Executive to work on the House of Bath brand. As part of the Traditional Team, you will help deliver the email marketing plan as well as improving customer retention and loyalty through the execution of profitable CRM activity.

What the successful candidate will be responsible for as a CRM & Email Marketing Executive:

  • Delivering the Electronic Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) communications programme to retain customers across all stages of the lifecycle including new channel (SMS and Push.)
  • Reporting on email performance and KPI’s including commercial, engagement and industry benchmarks.
  • To implement the email testing plan and report back to achieve agreed objectives against targets.
  • Creating and managing content for email campaigns including personalised content.
  • Implementing the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file.
  • Delivering targeted, offline mailers to the customer file, to engage customers including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to achieve the sales plan
  • Working in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the seasonal plans are implemented effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.
  • Briefing designs to create engaging and inspiring emails and content including weekly sends, automated and triggered emails.
  • Liaising with on and off-line marketing colleagues, presenting recommendations and monthly activity reports.
  • Ensuring that the offline and email communications are consistent, delivering the best experience to our customers possible

 

What you will need to succeed as a marketing executive:

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role or a business related degree.
  • Understanding of Marketing and CRM.
  • A proven understanding of basic HTML.
  • Experience of using email marketing software such as; Responsys, Exact Target, Teradata etc. is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to confidently present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, proactive and approachable team player
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
  • Must be well organised and able to multitask and manage a busy varied workload
