Here at N Brown, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially astute Marketing Executive to work on the House of Bath brand. As part of the Traditional Team, you will help deliver the marketing plan, improving customer retention and loyalty through the execution of profitable CRM activity.

What the successful candidate will be responsible for as a Marketing Executive:

  • Delivering targeted, offline mailers to the customer file, to engage customers including creative execution, customer selection and test activity in order to achieve the sales plan
  • Working in collaboration with colleagues in other departments to ensure the seasonal plans are implemented effectively, efficiently, on time and within budget.
  • Weekly results reporting and analysis to ensure performance is optimised in season.
  • Implementing the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality and profitability of the customer file.
  • Briefing external creative agencies to create engaging and inspiring mailings.
  • Appraising creative to ensure our product ranges and offers are on brand.
  • Ensuring that all communications are consistent across all channels, delivering the best experience to our customers possible.


What you will need to succeed as a Marketing Executive:


  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role or a business related degree.
  • Understanding of Marketing and CRM.
  • A proven understanding of basic HTML.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to confidently present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, proactive and approachable team player
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
  • Must be well organised and able to multitask and manage a busy varied workload
