There is an immediate requirement for a digital media analyst to empower our International Acquisition team further by providing a deeper understanding of our audience and supporting our media planning and buying through data.

Digital Media analysts carry out general, quantitative and qualitative research to produce media evaluation reports, these are then used to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. They will primarily concentrate on data analysis and insights with a particular focus on monitoring success and providing insight on media and digital campaigns

What you’ll be responsible for as a Media Analyst:

  1. Reporting: Create an enhanced suite of reports that can be used to provide performance updates to the wider business as well as relevant channel level insights to optimise activity.
  2. Budget Management: Help to support media planning and budget forecasting through data and analysis.
  3. Tracking Management: Develop and assistant teams in the set-up, tracking and tagging of campaigns i.e. setting up analytical programmes or dashboards.
  4. Innovation: Keep up to date with industry news and any opportunities in analytics or tracking platforms/software.
  5. Third Party Relationships: Build & maintain strong, positive business relationships with Peers, Media Agency and Third Party Suppliers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

 

What you will need to succeed in our digital marketing team:

 

  • Experience working within an analytical role within a digitally focussed business would be preferable
  • Extremely strong Adwords and Analytics skills
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Expert in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented with first class analytical skills
  • Relevant industry certifications in tools such as Google Analytics, Doubleclick and Google Tag Manager
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A great team player who is also able to work autonomously
