There is an immediate requirement for a digital marketing analyst to empower our International Acquisition team further by providing a deeper understanding of our audience and to support our media planning and buying through data.

Digital marketing analysts carry out general, quantitative and qualitative research to produce media evaluation reports, these are then used to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. They will primarily concentrate on data analysis and insights with a particular focus on monitoring success and providing insights from our marketing campaigns.

What you’ll be responsible for ad Digtal Marketing Analyst:

  1. Reporting: Create an enhanced suite of reports that can be used to provide performance updates to the wider business as well as relevant channel level insights to optimise activity. Work to automate reporting where possible.
  2. Budget Management: Help to support media planning and budget forecasting through data and analysis.
  3. Tracking Management: Develop and assistant teams in the set-up, tracking and tagging of campaigns i.e. setting up analytical programmes or dashboards.
  4. Innovation: Keep up to date with industry news and opportunities in analytics or tracking platforms/software. Anticipate business requirements and uncover areas for improvement.
  5. Third Party Relationships: Build & maintain strong, positive business relationships with Peers, Media Agency and Third Party Suppliers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.


What you will need to succeed:


  • Previous experience working within an analytical role within a digitally focussed business
  • Extremely strong Google AdWords and Google Analytics skills
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented with first class analytical skills
  • Relevant industry certifications in tools such as Google Analytics, Doubleclick and Google Tag Manager
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A great team player who is also able to work autonomously
  • Confident communicator able to build relationships across teams and at all levels
