We are looking for Complaints Handlers to join our Financial Services team. As a Customer Complaints Handler, you will take complete ownership of our customers’ complaints by providing an exceptional level of service, showing empathy whilst solving queries, problems and handling complaints in a timely and professional fashion.

What will you need to succeed;
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working over the phone but if you have some customer facing experience gained through retail or another customer service environment, can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing confidently, enjoy working to targets and have great attention to detail then we want to hear from you!
